| Nantucket Sinks warrants the quality of its stainless steel sinks to be free of any manufacturing defects in the workmanship or the material composition when installed properly and used in a residential application. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the Nantucket Sinks stainless steel sink. Any sink will be replaced at Nantucket Sinks' option that is found to have a material defect without charge for a lifetime of residential use. The warranty covers only the stainless steel sink and mounting hardware when installed in a conventional countertop. Transportation costs or labor installation costs are not included in this warranty. Diagnosis and/or replacement of any faucet or component part, or any other expense or loss are also not covered. Undermount sinks must be installed in a solid surface countertop. Nantucket Sinks reserves the right to examine the installation and product prior to replacement. |

| THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFECT OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY: |
- Failure to follow the recommended procedures for installation, care and maintenance.
- Dents or scratches, abusive treatment or environmental factors.
- Sinks which have been moved from original installation location.
- The use of corrosive materials, corrosive liquids and or photographic solutions.
